Yes, we can provide manufacturer Certificates of Conformance upon request for all new components to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
What is the standard lead time for shipping industrial components?
In-stock items typically ship within 24 hours. For backordered or custom-configured hardware, lead times vary by manufacturer, but our team provides real-time tracking updates.
What is your return policy for surplus or open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that factory-sealed items must remain unopened to qualify for a full refund, and a restocking fee may apply to specialized equipment.
Do you offer technical support for PLC programming or installation?
While we are primarily a hardware distributor, we provide basic technical documentation and can refer you to our network of certified integration partners for complex programming needs.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All new products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. For reconditioned or surplus items, Industrial Automation provides an in-house 6-month warranty against defects.
