Request Authorization
Log in to your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request including the part number and reason for return.
Technical Review
Our engineering team will review your request within 24 hours to confirm compatibility and warranty eligibility before issuing an RMA number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the component in its original manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping crate with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will perform a diagnostic check; upon approval, a refund or credit will be issued to your account minus any applicable restocking fees.
