Honeywell RM7890B1030
The On-Off Primary Burner Control is the ideal choice for efficient burner management. It operates at 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz, with an intermittent pilot type controller. This provides for an intermittent main flame establishing period, with a fixed 4-second or 10-second PFEP pilot flame establishing period. This system also includes shutter drive capability as an added feature.
An alarm sounds when the reset function is activated, indicating issues that require attention. This controller seamlessly integrates automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, system status indicators, and system or self diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilities for full-rounded control and monitoring.
The system requires both a subbase and an amplifier to operate. It offers a host of optional features, such as a Modbus interface, keyboard display module, and a remote display module, making it versatile and adaptable to various needs. It also comes equipped with five built-in LEDs that provide detailed sequence information.
Its plug-in amplifiers are interchangeable, allowing for easily adaptable and upgradeable configurations. The system can provide local or remote annunciation of operation and fault information, making it more accessible for troubleshooting and monitoring. After a loss of power, this unit’s non-volatile memory retains history files and lockout status, ensuring no loss of important data. The system also includes the capability for selectable relight or lockout upon the loss of flame, providing an additional safety measure.
This on-off primary control system is designed to operate in extreme conditions, with an operating temperature ranging from -40 F to 140 F, making it a reliable and robust choice for multiple industrial applications.
